Students At-Risk for Attention and Academic Issues (Student Rated)

This scale measures student problems with attention and academics. A sample item is “I have trouble finishing my work.” Percent of students scoring one standard deviation above the mean on the scale. Data are collected through a universal screening using both teacher (K-12) and student report (3-12), occurring three times per year.
